HDC403-P23 capabilities - difference between global and EU (Germany) page

On global page HDC403-P23  is said to support 2PCs and 2 laptops.

On EU page the description for the same model only mentions 1 laptop:
"Drei Monitor MST KVM-Dockingstation-Kit - 4K60Hz, EDID für 1 Laptop & 3 PCs"

The pictures however show 2 laptops and 2 PCs

Is is just error on the page or the models offered in EU differ from US?

I would like to have ability to use and charge two laptops at the same time.
