new HKS202-M24-USBK Buzzer/Beep will not silence

Installed my new HKS202-M24-USBK and was working. It was silent, buzzer/beep when changing computers was silent.  After a power cycle the beeps came back and I do not know how.  I found a keyboard sequence listed as <scroll lock> <scroll lock><F11> to shut it off and that did not work.  It is not on the network, any ideas?
