HDC202-P23 monitor flickering

Hi 

Just setting up new kvm but when turning on with viewsonic 2k monitor it keeps flicker and not clear picture.  Have hdmi+dp cables connected to pc with hdmi output from kvm to monitor.

Could you please suggest how I get this working properly?  Thanks in advance

  The flickering issue is usually related to signal or EDID compatibility. Could you please try these quick checks:

  1. Set your monitor’s refresh rate to 60Hz or 120Hz.
  2. Make sure the cable from the KVM to the monitor is a high-quality HDMI 2.0 or above cable.
  3. If possible, use the same port type for both input and output (e.g., HDMI to HDMI).
  4. Turn off G-SYNC / FreeSync / HDR if they are enabled.
