CKS201-M23 Not recognizing Dell U4919DW max resolution

I am using a CKS201-M23 with two MacBook Pros 16" M3 Pro processors.  The monitor is a Dell U4919DW which supports a max resolution of 5120x1440 and it is a QHD model.  The max resolution I can achieve with the TESmart is 3840x1080.   I am using an HDMI 2.1 cable from the MacBook Pro's to the Dell.  Is there a driver issue or some other remedy?

  Dear Hogstrom,

  Thank you for your message. The CKS201-M23 does support 8K@60Hz resolution, but this does not mean it supports all ultra-wide or non-standard aspect ratios. While the device has sufficient bandwidth for 8K, its EDID emulation and output format may not actively support the 5120×1440 ultra-wide resolution—especially when using HDMI output. As a result, the monitor will automatically fall back to the closest compatible resolution that the KVM can provide.
