Brand New Product Doesn't Work HKS0202A2U
Hi, I have a brand new 2 monitor 2 computer kvm switch HKS0202A2U that doesn't work.
Keyboard and mouse not supported, switching doesn't work. Firmware doesn't detect KVM. My research shows tons of people have this problem and this company's products have frequent returns, with 20% of users reporting a 1 star on Amazon!
How can I get this resolved? Already opened a support ticket. Hard to believe so many people having issues and product still sold.

1. Issue Timing: Did the keyboard/mouse and switching issues occur before, or did they appear after some initial use?
2. USB 3.0 Ports Test: If you connect your keyboard and mouse to the USB 3.0 ports (instead of the KM input), are they functioning at all?
3. Switching Methods: Are all switching methods — front panel buttons, keyboard hotkeys, and IR remote — currently not working?
