Nintendo switch 2 and my TESmart 16x1
I’ve been able to use my new Nintendo switch 2 via my 16x1 switch. However when looking at HDR it says “The connected TV either doesn't support HDR or HDR support is turned off. Check the TV's settings.“ my TV is a Sony that has HDR on and set to auto. I used the included switch cable and have an ultra hdmi from the switch to the tv. Any ideas? Thanks, Keith.

Hello,
Thank you for the update, and we’re glad to hear you identified the issue — HDMI 2.0 vs 2.1 port differences can indeed impact HDR functionality.
Just to clarify for future reference: our TESmart 16x1 KVM switch does support HDR, provided that the input source, output display, and HDMI cables all support HDR as well. Using the correct HDMI port on your TV, as you’ve discovered, is an important part of that chain.
If you run into any other questions or need further assistance with your setup, feel free to reach out anytime. We’re always happy to help!
Best regards,

I figured out it was related to my tv hdmi 2.0 vs 2.1 ports. Thanks.
