Does the HKS801-EB23 or HKS1601-EB23 Contain Fans?

Hi

I have some 4 port TESmark HDMI KVMs that are totally silent in operation as they do not contain any fans. I need an 8 or 16 port KVM but it must also be silent. Do the HKS801 or HKS1601 contain fans? I can't find any information on this online.
