Mac with 2 monitors

I connected my pc and a mac mini to the kvm and when i use pc both monitors work when i switch to mac mini m4 only one monitor works.

  To assist you more accurately, could you please confirm the model number of your KVM switch? Are you using the TESmart HDC202-P23?

  • If yes, please note that when connecting a Mac mini (including the M4 model) to PC1 on the HDC202-P23, you need to use two USB-C cables, connected to Input A and Input B, to enable proper dual-monitor output. If only one USB-C cable is connected, only one display will work.
  • If you are using a different KVM model, we recommend trying this test:
    Swap the input ports between your PC and Mac mini, and observe whether the display behavior changes. This can help determine whether the issue is related to a specific input channel or the Mac mini’s output configuration.
