Add RS232 to "For 4 PCs & 3 Monitors"

Why does HDK403-P23 /  HDC403-P23 / HKS403-P23 not have RS232 support?

Or even better, if LAN is already available, then add an API to set all useful commands via REST.

  Thank you for your excellent question and thoughtful suggestions!

  To clarify:

  • HDK403-P23 supports RS232 control via the rear Service port.
  • HKS403-P23 currently does not support RS232, but its upcoming version will include a Service port to enable RS232 control.
  • HDC403-P23, both the current and upcoming versions, do not include a Service port, and therefore do not support RS232.

  As for your suggestion about adding a REST API over LAN, we completely agree — that would offer greater flexibility for advanced users. This is something we’re actively considering for future product lines, especially as more customers express interest in network-based control.

  We really appreciate your input — it helps guide our roadmap and priorities.
