KVM/Docking station
Good morning, I currently have an HDC202-P23 dual monitor KVM. I have it connected to my PC and it works great. When I connect it to my laptop via the USB-C connection, everything functions and works as intended; however, I am having issues with network connectivity. I need to connect holy WiFi network, but my laptop is recognizing the KVM as a network. I checked you FAQs and it seems the only fix is to manually turn off the wired connection on my laptop; but unfortunately, that is not possible, due to IT restrictions with my employer. Is there anyway to manually disable the network connectivity on the KVM, or do I need to consider another product type?
My needed connections would be
Desktop machine (3 DP and 1 HDMI output)
Laptop (USB-C output)
Dual monitors with either DP or HDMI inputs
Standard USB mouse and keyboard
The desktop is a gaming machine and I would like to maintain a high refresh rate if possible.
Thank you

Dear Tom Nisbet,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We understand the network connectivity issue you’re experiencing when connecting your laptop through the KVM. To resolve this, you can use the hotkey combination to manually toggle the USB network adapter on or off.
Please follow these steps:
- Ensure that the keyboard is connected to the dedicated keyboard and mouse port for the hotkey function to work properly.
- Press Right Ctrl + Right Ctrl + F4 hotkey to disable or enable the USB network adapter on the KVM.
This should help you manage the network connection issue without having to manually disable the wired connection on your laptop.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Best regards,
