KVM CKS201-M23-USBK
My equipment is Dell monitor U3225QE, Lenovo Thinkpad T14 and Dell Latitude 5450. This KVM doesn't work at all, no HDMI signal comes to monitor. Support case has been logged but no reply so far. I'm hoping to get a reply from support here.

Screenshots of Display Detection: Please share screenshots showing the display recognition status on both laptops (Dell Latitude 5450 and Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 5) when connected to the KVM. This will help us verify the issue.
Resolution & Refresh Rate:
- What are the current resolution and refresh rate settings on both laptops?
- As a troubleshooting step, please try lowering the resolution and refresh rate to see if the display outputs correctly.
Connection Behavior:
- Do both laptops exhibit a blank screen regardless of whether they’re connected to PC1 or PC2 on the KVM?
