Not sure which topic is applicable for this post, but I'm curious how/if I can trade-in a previously purchased TESmart KVM for a new one? I'm currently switching around my setup, and I'm intended to add a 3rd monitor and change up some of my workstations.

I purchased my current KVM from TESmart on Amazon towards the end of last October; it's been working great so far with only some minor issues when using an M1 MacBook (I've since upgraded to an M4 and haven't experienced any problems with the switch thus far).

I submitted a ticket via the TESmart Zendesk support, but I'm curious how the trade-in service works, as well as, if I'm applicable for a trade-in, as it seems that there's not much information to be found other than the VIP benefits for trade-in on the main site.
