    Thank you for your interest and trust in our brand! Regarding your questions, we have the following recommendations:

    1.Device Compatibility

    Based on your device list, DKS202-M24 is a great choice for you as it supports 8K@60Hzand 4K@240Hz. However, it does not support connection via Thunderbolt 4. If you require Thunderbolt 4 connectivity, you may consider HDC202-X24, which supports Thunderbolt 4 connection to the KVM and can also charge your laptop, but it only supports a maximum resolution of 4K@60Hz or 2K@120Hz. Additionally, we are developing HDC202-M24, but it is still in the R&D phase and will take some time before release. Therefore, we recommend purchasing DKS202-M24 for now.

    2.USB Polling Rate & Gaming Keyboards

    If you are using a gaming keyboard with an 8000Hz polling rate, connecting it to the dedicated keyboard/mouse port may cause compatibility issues. However, you can connect it to a USB 3.0 port instead to use the keyboard normally. Please note that this will disable the KVM hotkey function. You can still switch the KVM using the front panel button, infrared remote control, or mouse wheel.

    Thank you very much for your quick and comprehensive response, which has answered all my questions perfectly. I also appreciate the quality of your products, as reflected in the reviews, which further reinforces my decision to purchase the 8K@60Hz KVM as previously mentioned.

    I can confirm that I was contacted very quickly by support, to which I addressed similar questions, and I truly appreciate the assistance once again.

    Regarding the discount code, I haven’t received it yet, but I assume it will be applied automatically when purchasing the KVM? I will most likely use it for a purchase this summer, around July, as I mentioned in my previous message. In the meantime, I will also keep a close eye on the release of new products in case an upgrade becomes necessary… 😉
