I just purchased a TESmart KMV and cannot get it working properly. I have the following devices:
1.) MacBook Air - M2 chip, Sequoia 15.3.1 OS
2.) Dell Precision T5610 with NVIDA GeForce RTX 3060 (4 display ports, no HDMI ports)
3.) Samsung 32" monitor, Type No: LS32K85K (I have 2 of them)
4.) Logitech G413 Silver Keyboard and Razer Basilisk V3 mouse
Input Any Additional Message
The Mac will not connect to the monitors. I am using USB-3 to HDMI cables that I already had at home. The Dell will successfully connect to the monitor, but the keyboard/mouse doesn't work, and I'm not sure what KVM cable to use since the PC does not have an HDMI output. I'm wondering if anyone has a suggestion to fix this issue? Thanks.

- Please note that the Mac Air model supports only one external display. Kindly confirm whether both monitors are not displaying or just one of them is having issues.

USB-3 to HDMI Adapter:
- We noticed you're using a USB-3 to HDMI adapter. Please check if connecting the Mac to the monitor directly using this adapter works as expected.

Dell Keyboard/Mouse Issue:
- If your Dell computer is correctly connected with the USB-A to USB-B cable but the keyboard and mouse still don’t work, try plugging the keyboard and mouse into a USB 3.0 port and check if they function properly.
