HDC403-P23-USBK-N and Ubuntu laptop
I'm looking for a KVM that will be able to handle my 3 monitors with Windows PC, Linux PC , Windows laptop (USB) and Linux laptop (USB).
For all devices I would like to use extended desktop.
Documentation says it is not possible:
"Up to now, devices running Apple’s MacOS, Ubuntu and other operating systems do not support MST mode."
However, MST is present in Ubuntu for quite a while.
Are you planning to update this KVM to support Linux?

Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry.
The current model HDC403-P23-N supports Ubuntu systems using MST mode to achieve extended multi-monitor display.
You can try connecting your Linux devices to the KVM and check whether the extended desktop function works properly with your specific system configuration.
Please note that compatibility may still depend on the Linux distribution, kernel version, GPU, and USB-C/DisplayPort output capability of the device.
If you encounter any issues during testing, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you further.
Best regards,

On global page HDC403-P23 is said to support 2PCs and 2 laptops.
On EU page the description for the same model only mentions 1 laptop:
"Drei Monitor MST KVM-Dockingstation-Kit - 4K60Hz, EDID für 1 Laptop & 3 PCs"
4-Port Triple-Monitor MST KVM-Dock 4K60Hz mit 60W PD & EDID | TESmart – TESmart.DEThe pictures however show 2 laptops and 2 PCs
Is is just error on the page or the models offered in EU differ from US?
