TESmart #6621 CKS201-M23 Ethernet Port NOT working
I've logged a ticket Request #44659 on January 17, 2026, to report a hardware failure of the Ethernet Port. There's been radio silence since TESmart.02 asked for details I was asked on January 18, 2026.
How do I get the device replaced? There's no use in a faulty piece of hardware.
