The USB device is no longer recognized on my Mac.

I have an HKS201-P23, and it has been working very well. However, since I upgraded my Mac system, the USB no longer works. I saw online that this issue might be resolved through a firmware update, but I haven't been able to find a relevant link. I hope to get some help here.
