PKS0402A20 / DKS402-P23 won't switch ports/USB stopped working
Model: PKS0402A20 / DKS402-P23
Configuration:
Windows laptop via dock
MacBook Pro M4 (48 GB RAM) via dock
Dual 4K DisplayPort monitors
Keyboard and mouse connected through KVM
Symptoms:
KVM switching and USB functionality stops working after a period of operation.
Removing power from the KVM temporarily restores functionality.
Front panel accepts switch commands, but the KVM reverts back to the previously selected port.
I'm also having difficulty driving 2 4K@60Hz displays. Displays will go blank a few seconds at irregular intervals. 4K@30Hz is more stable, but still they go blank now and then.
Has anyone seen this behavior or received a firmware update that resolves it?

I have the HKS402-P23 with 3 windows PCs and two monitors and have similar issues including:
1. One or the other monitor will go dark for a few seconds, then return
2. One or the other monitor image will start ‘shaking’ back and forth. Turning monitor off and on again fixes it
3. USB ports randomly shut down. May have to unplug/replug the keyboard or mouse. During this time, keyboard shortcuts to ‘switch’ the kvm still work, but PCs do not receive keystrokes
Basic flakiness. Some combination of connect/disconnect, powering the KVM, monitor, or PC. Honestly a bit frustrating, and barely tolerable. I was here looking for firmware updates as well.
