New Installed my new HKS202-M24-USBK and New Dell AW510K keyboard not operational

KVM works with older ROCAT  FX keyboard.  Put on my new AW510K keyboard and all I get is USB has unrecognized device.  It lights up, but no keys work. Confirmed I have a drive for it and it works when directly connected to computer.  

anyone else use a AW510K and have it work correctly?
