Cannot change IP Address due to DLL errors!  Cannot change HDMI port due to DLL errors!  The controller.exe is completely useless due constant DLL errors.  I have installed the VC++ 2012 package for Windows 11 but still getting errors every time I click on a button or attempt any function.  I guess I am going to have to return the TESmart HDMI 8x1 switch.  The review on Amazon is not going to be pretty because the software support completely broken.  Any suggestions?

Oh, and when I try to add the image of the error… JSON errors.  

“Upload failedJSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data”

Nice, really nice when you cannot even post a picture to a forum topic.
